John Vasey is an accomplished TrackWise developer known for his extensive knowledge of the TrackWise database and his proven ability to drive efficiency and innovation in system development. His collaborative approach includes displaying configuration in easy-to-understand spreadsheets then reviewing these with developers to ensure all aspects of changes are understood and are meeting business needs while fostering skill development among team members. 

John believes a key to high performance lies in fostering trust, respect, and connection with team members. He inspires teams to reach their full potential, cultivating strong partnerships and delivering consistent operational improvements. John’s 15 years of technical lead positions allowed him to add value as a hands on leader.

John holds a Visual Studio.Net Certificate from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science Education in Mathematics degree from West Chester University. His technical training includes multiple TrackWise courses and Veeva Vault courses. He is also a certified Microsoft Office Specialist in Access (MOS).
